Fitness journey so far : leggings (gymshark)

Because I’m working a lot I sometimes don’t have the time to go to gym I’m investing in starting home work outs I’ve brought a lot of gym stuff like gym mats , dumbbells, Bands & I’m finding it sometimes better. I feel like I do have to start all over again when I miss out too much & not go gym enough. I love food it’s very hard when you don’t have a nutritionist I don’t want to be that person who checks everything they eat and be obsessed to the extreme. I’m still trying to understand measurements, weighing myself properly & knowing how much I gain or lose.
